Talk to Pediatrician on Severe Constipation (Infant)

Hi Drs,
Asking for a friend, his daughter, 8 months old is suffering from severe constipation for last 4 days.
Baby cries out whole night, poured olive oil drops in navel which relieved little bit, but not fully recovered.
Kindly advise.
