Talk to Pediatrician on Sexual Gratification Behaviour

My 2 yr 7 months son was diagnosed with this problem 8 months ago.. he used to lie down n cross his legs .. i made a video n show it to the doc.. he diagnosed him with this behavioural prob.. he told me to leave him n just distract him whenever it happens.. but from the last 2 days he is crying alot, crossing his legs, roling on the bed.. becomes hyper, angry n bites whoever tries to calm him.. i dont know what to do n to whom i should take him..

better to seek a pediatrician... this could be sexual infantilism which doesn't warrant much treatment .. however his crankiness and irritation isn't linked with it . his irritable behavior warrants a review
