- Take a video of her during a feeding where these episodes happen, if possible. This will help the pediatrician assess further.
- Make an appointment as soon as you can for her to be examined. They may want to do some tests like a chest x-ray.
- In the meantime, consider burping her more frequently during feedings to reduce aspiration risk. Gently pat or rub her back to help.
- Check with the doctor about adjusting her feeding position or flow rate as well.
