It looks like a skin infection called impetigo and needs simple local antibiotic treatment but to be sure about the diagnosis we need another picture as this one is quite out of focus. Are there any other such sores on her body? Does she have any other complaint?

Please, apply Fucidin Cream/Ointment, which is fucidic acid by generic name, 3 times a day for 7 days. As she is now developing new skin eruptions also give her Syrup Augmantin 457mg/ml, which is co-amoxiclave by generic name, in dose of 5 mls twice a day for seven days. If there is pain or fever you may use paracetamol as needed.
