My baby is 9 months old previously she had nappy rash which is settled now but still there is a white patch over there

That might be a thrush. Keep the nappy area dry and clean, apply hydrozole ointment (corticosteroid1%) twice a day, zinc ointment twice a day for five days. Are there any white patches in mouth too?

It's fungal if it's white patchy and in loving skin folds... Used the same as prescribed above...
