Baby have continuous neck n nappyrash.from 4 days seudocream is using .before tht uses vaseline alone r mix vaslin in hydrozole n uses but it is not effecting ..wht to do n wht to apply plz guide

try advantan cream mixed with baby lotion. also give syp.zincat-OD 1/3 teaspoon daily for 10 days. avoid tight and rough clothes. change Pampers at early and appropriate times. if still not improving consult Pediatrician/Dermatologist.

Without detailed history as well as pictures of the rashes, it is impossible to make a diagnosis and recommend any treatment.

There are many causes of rashes in babies such as eczema, fungal, heat rash, viral infections etc.

Please provide all the relevant details or see a qualified Paediatrician.

I have seen some suggesting broad spectrum antibiotics, with due respect I would not recommend such treatment without having relevant clinical details in order to make a possible clinical diagnosis
