Talk to Pediatrician on Sleeplessness
Asking For Someone else, Daughter, Female, 2 Years old, Islamabad
I m having twin daughters and delivered through C section. From the start they had less and disturbed sleep cycle. I have asked too many Doctors for any medicine but no one prescribed. Please guide me and suggest some solution because sometimes it gets very aggravated. Is it insomnia or what
age ?
either they sleep after feed or not ?
how they feed ?
try to focus on healthy diet,sleep timings,regulate them.
use Ora-mal drops 5 drops at night time before sleep for two weeks.
u can use ORa mal drops 4 or 5 drops before sleep for 1 month .....and v.good and proper diet will also help.
we should look for anemia as well
