it sounds a mild illness, probably the start of a viral infection.
if there is no fever and breathing difficulty, NO need for any medicines.
otherwise give Calpol/Panadol syrup if she develops a fever.
cough increase during sleep mean is hyperactive airway disease.is any history of seasonal cough.or in family.is there is any abnormal sound during sleep like wheezing
