Asalamulaikum, Im Pakiza and here to ask question about my newborn baby who is just 24 days old. My doctor recommended me to feed formula milk Meiji as I did not lactate. My baby was constipated then doctor recommended me to use Similac total comfort 1, now I've used 1 can and at midst of 2nd one but my baby got motion and passing frequent stool. He is having problems in stomach kindly guide me how to overcome this problem.
Wa alaikum assalam, these are common issues faced with formula milk. if it is not possible to start mother's feed just take care of hygiene, boiling bottles. use boiled water. also take him to nearby emergency diarrhea at this stage needed to be addressed soon.
Continue Meiji formula milk.
Use GLICERIN suppositry when constipated

Dr. sadly I'm not lactating I've tried every home remedy to medications, the tension in my muscles has gotten worse but milk production in early days was like once in a blue moon. But now after 24 days its completely dried up.

lactation failure is major problem. plz always go Natural. mother feed is best food for baby ever. no replacement or alternative.
if your milk is dried up. no way to bring back. even after trying again and again, then dabba milk at end.
use lactogen 1.
if no diarrhea, just semi formed stool, no issue.
cont it.
in case diarrhea, then needs other alternative, plz consult someone.

yes I use the this as same as doctor has advised 50ml water 1 scope 100ml water 2 scope.

what kind of stools is your baby passing? are they very watery or yellow scattered granules type

Yes, normally yellow scattered granule type and 3 to 4 times a day but lately its yellow and watery with acidic smell 3 times in a row with duration of 1 hr in day time and in night time its also the same 2 am then after 1 hr again in a row 3 times plus my baby is more cranky at night time.
