its ok just wait and watch its totally normal.beacuse baby is just on feed so their is sometime delay in stool so you should not worry. just feed him regularly and he will be fine

rather than took appointment with your near by child specialist because baby has to pas atleast one stool within 3-4 DayZ glycerin suppositories is not a solution why this thing is happen to your baby if that will resolve then issue will automatically solve
