Plz elaborate what is the problem with child? What type of food he is taking? Who advised this test?
Although a medical history is needed for proper interpretation all I can say is that this result implies the child has Acute Diarrhoea with disaccharide (kinds of simple sugar) intolerance.

At 5 months, 6 kg weight is normal. Just forget about loose motions. The babies on breastfeeding have somewhat loose motions and frequency can be more also. But their growth is okay. Plz continue breastfeeding. Since he is over 5 months now, I may suggest to give fresh yogurt 3-4 times a day. This will solve your problem. It would be good if you share the weight and situation after 2-4 weeks.

Plz understand that the reports are not diagnosed neither reports are treated. We diagnose the patients and treat patients. If you shoe me a ZIP, and ask me to tell from where it is? This may be shirt, nicker, trouser, bag, suitcase, pocket etc. And etc. So showing a zip and asking diagnosis or treatment is not appropriate.

That’s very good that your baby is taking breastfeed. How many times the baby has motions? Are they all watery? Is there any blood in it? Is there any fever? What is weight of the baby?
