Motions 3 to 4 times a day . No blood no temp. Baby is active MA

At 5 months, 6 kg weight is normal. Just forget about loose motions. The babies on breastfeeding have somewhat loose motions and frequency can be more also. But their growth is okay. Plz continue breastfeeding. Since he is over 5 months now, I may suggest to give fresh yogurt 3-4 times a day. This will solve your problem. It would be good if you share the weight and situation after 2-4 weeks.
