My son is 4 months old. he has been diagnosed with hydronephrosis when born. since then taking a medicine to prevent UTI. since last week he is not feeding well and not urinating well. now his feet are swollen. can someone please help with what to do in this situation

- Better to bring your child at Clinic with some of laboratory tests i-e Urine DR, Serum urea and creatinine.
Do an immediate consultation, feet swelling is suggestive of something wrong with kidneys
