It is unlikely for the teeth to erupt with cavities present. These cavities are most likely so called bottle teeth caries, a complication of bottle feeding. If untreated these caries can result in defective permanent dentition.
Kindly give her Brufen upto 4times a day if needed.Continue septran and flagyl for5 days .Afterwards get opinion from dentist Dr.Arham Chohan or Dr.Shakir in Mughal purah fly over just start of Shalimar link road on rt side .Stop Bottle feeding .Give milk products in semisolid desserts with spoon instead.
