No need to worry about teething it can be delayed up to 1 year in some children common causes include history of delayed teething in family or vitamin D deficiency.Get examine the baby for signs of vitamin D deficiency.Regarding feets if baby is overall good weight he can have chubby feets does his feet’s are similar to parents or siblings ? If you noticed recent swelling of feet’s only then consult paediatrician for evaluation.
