Salam. Mujhe yeh pochna hai k bache ki teething kis month se start hoti hai or kya symptoms hosakte hain?? Kyuke mera baby 7 months ka hone wala hai usko kabhi kabhi 99 to 100 tak temperature hota hai jo khud hi normal hojata hai or abhi kal se runny nose horahi hai or cough bhi hai or temperature 99 hai... Us se zyada nhi hai or aj stool bhi kuch tight or loose mixup aya tha... To kya yeh teething symptoms hain ya kuch or symptoms hote hain??? Plz help.
