You need to consult Pediatric surgeon and need good ultrasound for confirmation of testicular size
sometimes it happens that testis doesn't descend down to the scrotum and remains higher up in inguinal canal or abdomen. in such cases it is usually associated with hernia. You need urgent consultation with Paed surgeon to see the problem because if hernia is present, it needs urgent Surgery.
