Talk to Pediatrician on Toddler, Frequently Wet His Pants

My kid is potty trained since 6 months or more. Few days back he did potty in his pants all of a sudden (after having food and lots of water) he got scared but I managed to make him poop. After that, he didn’t poop for a day or two maybe, today he started peeing in his pants and he can’t hold it. I thought it’s because of constipation, but he did potty twice and even after that he peed in his pants. He used to hold his pee a lot even though if you ask him several times. Got his URINE DR tested but Report will take time. What should be done meanwhile. Talked to him a lot, asked him several times and he has no answer for it.
