Talk to Pediatrician on Urination While Sleeping

My 6 years old son urinate while sleeping. No burning and itching in private part. Why doesn't he wakeup on his own while sleeping?

after 7 pm need to decrease water intake
tea decrease, caffeine drinks stop,no milk after 7 pm.wash room before going to bed
get checked from nearest pediatrician

Is there history of such problem in the family?
Did he have trauma to the back?
Does the child have pain while passing urine?
