Talk to Pediatrician on Urine Infection

Please suggest what should i do my child had uti when she was 9 months old she had blood in her urine got all her tests done lft ultrasound urine dr and cs which showed sme bacterial infection Then fosfomycin was suggested by hr dr and then after this antibiotic the reports were clear now she’s one year old and right after three months she had this blood in her urine got her tests done again attacting her urine dr new report which says she has amorohorous crystals what can be the reason for this ? She is having alot of cherries and peaches yesterday she also stopped her urine aj pass ki hai urine twice and was having 102 fever too please suggest what is the problem am i supposed to repeat the ultrasound and lft test and why is she having this infection again and again is it something to worry about and is it curable attaching all the new and old reports please helpp
