Urine Once An Hour

Question

My one yr old is passing urine once and hour. A week ago he was doing it 4 times an hour. Is it normal? He is also constipated. Last night he kept crying for an hour before passing stool. He doesn't like drinking water or juices. He also doesn't like eating anything. He is on bf. I am giving him probion syrup and welfar syrup.

does he experience pain while passing urine? and what about quantity pf urine in each episode, is it same or less than before?
start with improving his hydration, give plenty of water and juices throughout day. also increase fruits and raw vegetables like salads in his diet. this is to avoid constipation and urinary infection
you can also start giving him cranmax sachet 1 daily mixed in a glass of water...this contains cranberry juice and helps in avoiding urinary infections

Get urine r/e and stool r/e . Give extra fluids n ORS.

Children having constipation for longer period of time are predispose to have urinary infection and other reason is dehydration due to warm temperature. Both can cause less amount of urine. Better get his urine tested. Give extra liquid. Ensure good intake of home made food as more milk at this age can cause constipation. Is he circumcised?
