Actually it may be a problem of post.uretheral valve ,plz consult him to pediatric Nephrologist .Dr sadaf is pediatric nephrologist snd she is registered on marham platform ,u can take consultation from her.

It may be urinary out flow problem plz physically adjust appointment with paedriatic surgeon for checkup for constricted uretha or malplaced orifice
