Assalamu Alaikum, dear doctors my month baby is continuously vomiting after feeding and she is just one month old.. please advise if this is a serious issue and please guide what we need to do.

Babies can vomit after feeds.
Bachay ko 1.5hr to 2hrs se pehle feed na kerwayein.
Doodh pila k 15mins tak utha k rkhein or burp kerwaeyin. Phir karwat pe Lita dein.
Kuch formula milk bhe bache ko suit nae kerte to vomit hojati Hai. Please motherfeed he Kerwaein.
Agar in sab k baad bhe vomit ho to detailed checkup kerwaeyin.
