Assalam o Alykum Bachi ki umer 2.5 year old hai Raat 12 baje se 4 baar vomiting kar chuki hai aur subah se 2 baar smelly motion aae hain ghar ka khana khaya tha raat ko jo sab ne khaya vomiting ke liye emiset di hai aur motion ke liye zincat od aur entrogermina kuch khati hai ya peeti hai tu foran vomit kar deti hai

Syp Onseron .Give 1.5 ml for vomiting and after half hour give something to eat.Continue Give ORS (low osmolar).dont let her get dehydrated Don’t give Zincat unless vomiting settle.Give soft diet like yougurt,banana and khichri only.It will take 2-3days to settle
- Your Baby have Gastroenteritis.
- Give Osmolar Nimkol.
- Soft food i-e Yogurt, Banana, Khachri, Rice and Daal.
- Continue Syp. Zincat OD 1tsf daily.

Continue the same with more ORS … Soft diet like Banana, kheer, Yogurt, Khichri Yahkni Rooti May also be given… if not improve over 1-2 days please book appointment by same child specialist physically or online with more details
plz get her evaluated if vomiting is not setteling she can have dehydration
