Walaikum Salam. Beti ko 2 din nahi blkay atleast 3 to 5 days k lye IV medicines continue krani thi. Agr beti dehydrated nahi lag rahi to oral medicines se hi continue kren. Otherwise hospital se IV fluids lagwa lain. Oral medicine lay skti hai to un k sath oral fluids maximum start krayen and soft diet dain. Thanks
