we are using morinaga's BF-1 right now but we wanna split this milk to Lactogen 1 is there any method to change one to another ?

You can just change it abruptly. No specific way.
You can go to Lactogen 1.. Use one brand at one time.. Don't use 2 brands at Same time
yes u can change but no need to intermix may be worriesome for 2 to 3 days but no need to worry baby will adjust.

yes there is a method... u have to tapper of the milk ...donot switch the milk directly... tapper off mean if u are giving ur child 4 tum the u should give him morinaga 3 tym and 1 tym lactogen then gradually increase the lactogen day by day decreasing the morinaga milk day by day like after 3 then next day u will give 2 tym morinaga and 2 tym lactogen...like this u should have to tapper off ...it will not leads to upset ur child stomach like this... thanku

babY isn't doing mother feeding. he is 18 days old today.

you have to offer mother feed to baby first,mother should take plenty of water atleast 7 to 8 glass of water per day , take zeera,yakhni n popcorn in diet for proper milk flow

depends which suits the baby. no specific way of changing.if one doesn't suit, u can directly offer the other one.
Well there is no specific way to change the milk formula. It would be better to first feed the baby with mother milk.
