Talk to Pediatrician on Want To Ask Something About PWS (port Wine Stain) For My 1year Baby

He is my 1 year old son , by birth he has this stain on his head, face, eye area and little bit on nose and little stain on his under nose ( as you can see in pic) we are very worry about him and dont know what should we do, we didn't get any appointment yet. My questions are: _How long we should wait or start treatment right now? _if we will not get any treatment then it can be harmful for him? I mean any brain or skin problem? _untill we are not getting any treatment should we protect him from sunlight? _ if we will get treatment does the tain completely go away? and in the last..I just noticed that he is not comfortable in sunlight, even he can't open his eyes properly in sunlight and tear comes out on this left eye. I'm sorry for long massage, i have lot of questions because as a mom im very worry about him, I'll be very thankful for your kindness.
