Talk to Pediatrician on White Thick Discharge

I have seen thick white discharge outside vulva of my daughter can it be any uti... what should i do

no its not feature of UTI, UTI usually cause either fever or unwellness or urgency-frequency blood in urine. Most common cause of this time of discharge in child id local genital infection called vulvovaginitis .local topical application of clindamycin and keeping good hygiene is all that is needed.it some time can cause itching and soreness while peeing in children.if clindamycin fail to improve get swabs to ensure its not candida infection than needs canestin cream to sort out.

no its a fungal infection,u need to apply topical anti fungal cream like clindamycin and main good hygine
