Better to give balanced diet including fruits vegetables egg milk butter rice daal meta etc. Avoid hunt food and cola drinks. avoid contact with persons with respiratory illness. Can add Multivitamin if u want to. Get yearly influenza vaccine done. Hope there is no other issue like loose motions. If with all these measures not settle then can get her checked
