Talk to Pediatrician on Worms In Kid

My son is 3years5 months (g6pd deficient). He has worms 3 months back given zental 2 doses 15 days apart.I have never seen any worm he was ok Now he is again complaining same stomach pain and anal itching. I gave him again zental 2 days back 1st dose but today he is itching and I have seen alive worms in stool. Now I’m worried what to do. His weight Is 13 to 14 kg but looks very pale and skinny. And his height is not increasing 95cm. Need suggestions

Make sure good hygienic conditions. No bazari food and also use clean water. Also make sure that he is not eating any thing like soil, paint, cemznt etc. Start Syp. Ibret 3.5ml daily after meals for 3 months and Syp. Vermox 5ml twice a day for 3 days.
