My baby is 11 months old. She just passed the stool like this. And its second time that i noticed this. What it can be? I cant take her to hosp due to COVID. She had banana in morning and yougurt and khichdi in day and evening. I changed her feeder's nipple and gave her milk. Is this the reason that nipple has some bacteria or something?

There are many reason to get an infection at this age because 11 months old crawls and puts hands and everything in mouth which could be a source, and yes feeder nipples could be a source as well.
What you should do:
Give every time washed and boiled/sterilized feeder.
If you buy a new feeder or nipple wash and boil before use.
Wash your kid hands and toys frequently.
Clean surfaces frequently where your kid sits or plays.
If your child is having watery stools, then give her
Syp. Zincat OD 5ml once a day for 14days ( it enhances immune system and reduce diarrhea episodes)
Any probiotic like Enflor/Biflor/enterogermina 1 sachet once a day for 3 days
Give LowOsmolar ORS half cup after every loose stool along with Khchri Banana And Yougurt.

If your child doesn't have fever then continue with above mentioned treatment.
I saw your post regarding worms, well I don't feel they are worms, it may be undigested food particles or banana seeds I suppose.
