Talk to Pediatrics on 3 Month Old Baby Changes Stool Color

My baby girl is 3 months old. born on 19 Feb 2022. She was having diarrhea and then Dr changed her milk to lactose free on 27 April. now after that we moved her to low lactose and currently she is on Lactable LL since a week. she consumed lactose free 3 and half weeks. her diarrhea was gone away after very first feed of lactose free. now issue is that we are worried about that her stool color changes sometimes. attaching picture for reference. otherwise physically she is active Mashallah.
