no actually nido is recommended after 1 year of age nido 1 plus
best milk is mothers feed but as your child is already on formula so u can give morinaga bf2 or meiji 2

Ws, why do you want supplements? At 7 months your baby can have natural supplements. Give him fresh fruits, apple banana puree, rice , daal , kichri, cerelac, yoghurt, potato. If you feel he is week or not active than plz get him checked by pediatrician. Thankyou
