Talk to Pediatrics on Baby Irritable Before Nap Or Sleep

my 13 months baby gets very irritated whether its night sleep or day nap.he moves his butt up and down and lies on his tummy. drooling is also found at that time at bedding. he eats well drinks well.pamper gets wet but not gaining weight as he had before 2 months. he got infection before 2 months and got dehydrated.so was admitted to hospital. then he had 11.5 kg weight now 9.5 irritation is at peak during night.passing stool in night from 4-5 days daily. grinds his teeth. very naught and active baby mashaaAllah has started walking from 2 weeks. his stomach is disturbed on and off from 2 months.now i am giving him zincat 5ml and ecotec sachet once daily and his loose stools are controlled.passes 2-3 times stool. what i have to do for his irriation? does he have worms inf?please help me i am so much worried for him.
