Cow milk ek sal se Kam bache ko nahi de sakte warna iron deficiency ho sakti hai. 6 months k bad naram Giza (mashed food) start Karen and Sath me mother feed dete rahen. Agar mother feed kisi reason se nahi de sakte then koi standard formula milk 2 no. start Karen. Lakin mother feed is highly recommended.
There is no such formula that can be added to cow milk. infant formulas are given in water in mentioned amount on package. It is recommended to start cow milk by one year of age so as to avoid allergy in infants.
