Aoa mera beta 3.6 years ka ha.. Usy 2 weeks pehly jaundice hua tha jo k mild sa tha without medicine e theek hogya.. Wo fruits bht kam khata ha.. Mangoes aur peach bht pasand hain usy.. M3 uay daily aik mango deti hun kbi 2 b kha leta ha.. Meri mother mjy usy mangoes deny sy mna kr rhi hain k wo bht garam hoty hain abi jaundice theek hua ha dobara na ho jye.. But me is liye concerned hun k wo koi aur fruit nhi khata.. To kya mangoes dena safe ha after jaundice? Ya avoid krun?
