Wasalam.. @1.5 years of age normal weight ranges from 10 to 14 kg and length 77cm to 85 cm.. your child lag slightly behind the normal weight for age.it could be due to a number of reasons.if he is not eating well it may be due to Iron deficiency Anemia or food malpractices . Get a through examination from nearby pediatrician for proper checkup n consultation.
