So what is he eating I mean his preference plus give me some insight into his history whether breast fed or bottle fed weaning food ,any recent illness

No proper illness yet but before 15 days I was tested his HB level 10.4. due to yellowish colour.
Bottle feeding due to c section.
But now he takes bottle feed sometimes whenehe get sleep.

Will need detail on peripheral smear of CBC bcos treatment has to be tailored accordingly. Pls send copy of his CBC report
