Asking for Self, Male, 0.1 years old, Karachi
My baby is 1 month old and suffer from gas issue he is on top feed and mother feed both, I am currently giving infacol and protectis drops but still facing same issue please guide me accordingly further I am giving meiji fmt

Try to minimise formula milk and give more tummy time
try to give mother feed more as compared to formula feed.
and one thing u can do is use anti colic baby massages daily

give proper time for burping after feed
. burp before every feed
. keep upright
. search YouTube for colic exercise
. start tummy time
. 2 hours gap between feeds, don't overfeed
