salam.. my baby is 5 months old.. she passes stool after every feed which is quite seedy in texture.. today i introduced wheat cerelac to her in a bottle 4 oz water 2 scoop cerelac after 3 hrs she passed watery stool with streaks of green mucus and then again after an hour from previous which now has resulted in nappy rash.. otherwise she is active and no other issue.. is it lactose intolerance or amy milk allergy..should i continue with cerelac or stop giving it.. thankyou

Wa alikum us salam, what milk he was getting before ? Better to start feed always with rice cerelac. Put zinc oxide base any cream for rashes, open him for some time. Keep him hydrated. Better to book a consultation. Thankyou

stop cerelac .....start oral zinc.....zinc paste for rash....better to start with rice cerelac....better to book consultation

Stop cereals immediately should not be given before 6 mo age n always start with rice.Normal for a breast fed baby to pass soft stools frequently after feeding
