AOA sir meray bachay ko lectogen intolrance hae. 3month se NL-33 feed kr rha hae ore Masha Allah bilkul thek tha. But aibhi 1 week pehly NL-33 nhi milla to hm ne us ko meiji lactoless feed karwa diya to sirf 1 din feed karwaya hae to aibhi us ko loose motion k sath sath abdomen pain ore shadeed marror bhi hae jis ki takleef se bacha lagatar buray tariqa se crying hae. dobara NL-33 use karwa rahay hein lekin loose motion ore abdomin pain mein koi farq nhi aa rha fever bhi hae.
kindly koi best possible solutio suggest kr dein.

Racedo sachet 10mg 1 sbha sham syp zincat od half spoon daily. Panadol drops if having fever
