baby should pass stool within 48 hours... if not passed after 48 hours... then should look for the cause.... baby is taking orally or not... baby vomit every feed or not... what about da abdomen.. is it distended or not... and look for anal region... proper anas is formed or not... some time there is imperforate anus..
