Talk to Pediatrics on Paediatric

My 7yrs old son has uticaria from the past 4-5weeks. The hives appear n disappear on n off. He has mild scabies too. We were apply lacticare lotion on hives and lotrix for scabies. But now from past 3days he has persistent fever which goes uptil 102-103. It settles with panadol or Brufen but recur after 4-5 hours again. No sore throat no flu. His blood reports are fine. Esr is normal. We are unable to find the reason of fever. Ceclor didn’t work now he’s on azomax. Today is day1 but fever is still there. Blood culture is given today we are waiting for the report. Please tell the diagnosis my heart is sinking as a mother. Please suggest the course of action
