Asking For Someone else, Daughter, Female, 0 Years old, ISLAMABAD
Attached are the report of Urine RE and C/S tests of our 5 month old baby girl. The treating Doc has prescribed Cefigate syrup Cefexime. I just want a second opinion whether this is the best class of antibiotics that would work best here. Also can we tell about infection severity from these reports? Thank you!
Cefexime is absolutely fine.. Provided if the patient can take the medicine orally as the culture states.. The organism is sensitive to the drug and will perfectly.
