Talk to Pediatrician on Thread Like Objects In Poop

In my 6 month baby's poop thread like black and white objects are coming for last four weeks. The frequency of appearance of such threads in the poop is twice or thrice in a week. Apart form that I am also observing her tummy is slightly bulging out. She also vomits 10 times or even more in a day.

I am also attaching a picture below in which such threads can be seen in the poop.
