baby boy 2 months 13 day old.today when I remove his diaper I have seen redish stain on his diaper this stain is on front side of diaper where baby urinate.baby is absolutely fine no fever not crying with pain took sound sleep whole night feeding properly.Baby is on breast feed taking formula only once in a day 2 oz only.Here in faisalabad temperature is too high thats why within 24 hours his diaper didn't get full.Is it sign of dehydration? I'm attaching pic what this stain could be
yes. it can be sign of both dehydration and infection. being on safe side get urine re done
yes it can be. note if he's crying while urination then he might have infection.
other than that give proper breastfeed for atleast 15 to 20mins after every 1n half hours even if he is asleep.

I'm feeding him frequently, maximum after every 2 hours and when he is awake sometimes he demand even after half an hour whenever he demands I fulfill his requirement.can I give him water to avoid dehydration??

low urine output can cause these stains due to dehydration or infection , get his urine complete examination done and consult thru following link for assessment

Well it's definitely hematuria which specifically requires work up. U need to get his ultrasound KUB and urine examination done and then we can proceed further. Probably might have stones in urinary tract. U can consult me in person with investigations at national hospital faisalabad
