Triole is a multivitamin formulation for sexual health, containing multiple vitamins. The composition of such tablets is usually unique, and you can't find another one with the exact same formula, albeit you should be able to find some other multivitamins for sexual health with some variation.

Paraxyl contains Paroxtine, an anti-depressant that also has a role in sexual health. However, make sure the dose is correct. It has the potential to do both make you sleepy and cause insomnia, but only a select number of patients experience either of those side effects.

ELC Q10 is Coenzyme Q10. You should be able to get it from everywhere.
