Dear Patient,
Your condition needs detailed assessment which can not be done as messages.
You can meet any consultant and discuss your case.

From your history it's a childhood fracture and you are now 21, the
condition is pretty chronic now.
Either the medical staff didn't fix it properly in first place or its
probably the case of mal-union bone healing. I would like to see the
X-Rays.

Sorry for late reply,

My grandparents used to say in my childhood while I crawl that my arms were like them since birth they noticed it while crawling but my parents noticed after fracture that problem has gone far
I don't have xrays of them now

Right. You can consult your surgeon/therapist. They'll run X-Rays and evaluate the condition and will guide you about your treatment options.

physiotherapy can help you a lot. your arm joints are stiff and range is limited. So consult a therapist as early as possible

Assalamualaikum
As far as the physiotherapy regarding your arms is concerned one can only make a judgement after a complete physical evaluation only then can we make decisions.
