Hi Doctors
Asking for my cousin 14 year old young boy
His right arm veins are swelling up and he is complaining numbness and bit pain as well. A bit of numbness is also felt in left hand but veins do not swell up
History; No other disease or issue. Student at a cricket academy as well and fond of fast balling.
Have done a few tests including xray and vascular ultrasound etc. Consulted a vascular surgeon as well but the doctor no proper treatment or diagnosis was provided.
Kindly suggest what could be the issue and possible treatment as well. Please find attached the reports and pic of hands.

It could be due to multiple possible causes maybe due to scaleni muscle tightness impinging on nerves, can be due to pectoralis minor etc.... do check these two muscles for tightness...... visit a good doctor and also a physiotherapist for complete assessment because without assessment can't say much...

It may occur due to muscle pull or muscle tightness. apply icing for 15 minutes on the upper back muscles and shoulder also. also visit your nearest physiotherapy clinic
Visit best physiotherapist near you. in case of swelling in arms or any other place use cold pack it will reduce your swelling.
