Ap walk kr lia kryn atleast 10_15 minutes or compression stockings use krlyn koi bhi knee k liay during walk is k ilawa diet myn oily chezyn , junk food or cold drinks bilkul chor dyn or fruits , or chicken use kryn roti pholka lylia kryn aik dophr myn. Or is k ilawa knee pain k liay bht sari exercises hoti wo krlyn... THANKYOU
