He needs a combination therapies including speech, occupation and physical therapy.
But before that a proper assessment is needed either he is really suffering from autism or any other problem.
Autism can be treatable but without proper assessment nobody can prescribe any exercises protocol. Daily sessions are required to treat autism. For this purpose you have to visit clinic.
